Information we collect
We collect the contact and operational information you submit for an audit, limited attribution data, and necessary security records. We do not send your name or email address to the AI provider.
How we use it
We use information to review your workflow, prepare and deliver a report, respond to requests, operate the service, and protect it from abuse.
Retention
Unconverted audit records are deleted or anonymized after 24 months. Secure report links expire after 14 days. Security logs expire after 90 days. Encrypted backups age out under the backup schedule.
